Mô tả công việc – Prepares and presents a broad array of cakes, pastries, desserts, cakes which meet customer expectations.- Prepares and present baked pastries, yeast raised pastries.- Prepares and present afternoon tea items.- Prepares and present desserts- Prepares and presents gateaux, tortes and cakes- Prepare a range of molded flowers and figures- Maintains hygienic standards and practices- Cleans the kitchen and equipment- Maintains personal hygiene- Works with Executive Chef in manpower planning and management needs- Works with Executive Chef in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget.* Benefits:- Salary, bonus as company policy- Meal duty & parking fee- Full package of insurance, annual leave, Birthday gift and bonus…- Other benefit as company’s policy.
