Mô tả công việc * Summary:  – The production manager position will be in charge of ensuring qualified products to meet the exacting demands of international customers- The production manager has the responsibility of all the production departments including Planning – Operation and Quality Mangaement. The position will require a full understanding of solid wood or flooring manufacturing techniques.  * Main duties: – Oversee the production process from planning to finishing products- Ensure that production is cost effective- Estimate costs and set quality standards- Be responsible for the selection and maintenance of machinery- Supervise and motivate a team of workers- Review work performance- Work with management to implement the company’s policies and goals- Play a key role in the quality control and review processes to continually improve.- Closely work with inventory department to make production plan and determine economic order size, maximum, minimum, average and danger levels of materials- Support internal set up of proper arrangement to use of available resources, men, money, machines, materials and methods of production inside the factory- Responsilbe for all activities of production department and support relevant ones- Responsilbe for Production planning, Production control, Quality control- Measure the level of performance of work by a worker and suggest an improvement – Some responsibilities like: cost control, standardisation and storage, price analysis and provision of wage incentives to workers etc.
