– Degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration, Labor Economics or related field
– At least from 2 to 5 years’ experience at equivalent position
– Solid understanding of labor law, social insurance law, health insurance law, employment law, labor safety law, personal income tax law, Enterprises law
– Good planning and time management skills
– Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
– Good analytical, synthesis and reporting
– Good communication and collaboration skills
– Good presentation skills
– Good skills in MS Office: World, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook
– Fluent in English
– Self-discipline, seriousness, initiative, honesty in work
– Able to work under pressure.
– Flexible to change and be able to work in international environment
